Description:
RVPA11000-1 broadband RF power amplifier is a broadband power amplifier with P-channel LMOS tube as the final amplifier. It can achieve a small signal linear gain of up to 37 dB over the bandwidth. The saturation output power reaches 2W, when the 15V power supply, the output power is greater.
