This product is upgraded from the original 1-500mhz 1.6W version, using updated design and France aeroflex 4GHz HBT Heterojunction Microwave Transistor, the performance is very good! More output power, wider bandwidth, more stable work!
Note: it is strictly forbidden to connect the input signal or output with the load

1、 Product application:
Broadband RF power amplifier, suitable for all kinds of radio applications, short wave FM remote control toy radio, walkie talkie, data transmission radio, etc., input 1 MW (0dbm), maximum output 3W, 15V voltage power supply, broadband operation 1MHz to 700MHz can work. Due to the excellent design, the output power can reach 35dbm (3w) at low frequency and 32dBm (1.6W) at 500m. Please refer to S21 parameters and point frequency test chart for details. The size of power amplifier is 37mm * 56cm * 1.5cm (with large heat sink on the back).
