product details
Single chip silicon bipolar, can measure amplitude / phase
The AD8302 is a fully integrated RF IC that measures the amplitude and phase between two independent input signals. The operating frequency of the device can range from low frequency to 2.7 GHz.
The AD8302 has two precision matched wideband logarithmic amplifiers, a wideband linear multiplier / phase detector, a 1.8 V precision reference voltage source and an analog output regulation circuit.
The input signal range is - 60 DBM to 0 DBM (reference impedance 50 Ω), and the corresponding dynamic range is 60 dB. The AD8302 output provides accurate amplitude measurement in the range of ± 30 dB, with an adjustment ratio of 30 mV / DB, a phase measurement range of 0 to 180 ° and an adjustment ratio of 10 MV / °.
The device has been tested and can be used in the common cellular frequency band (900 MHz, 1.8 GHz, 2.2 GHz), and the rated operating frequency is up to 2.7 GHz.
The AD8302 is packaged in a 14 pin ultra-thin compact compact compact (tssop) package with a rated temperature range of – 40 ° C to + 85 ° C.
