First, the product application:
AD8307 is applied to the 500 MHz frequency within the dynamic range of 92 dB (-75 dBm- + 17 dBm) multistage logarithmic amplifier. It uses an 8-pin SOIC-N package, as shown in FIG. Use 2.7 ~ 5.5 V, 7.5 mA from a single supply, low-power, 3 V power consumption of only 22.5 mW. It can be widely applied to the signal power need accurate measurement of high frequency communication and instrumentation systems.
