    1、 Product application:
    The VCO is composed of a VCO chip MC1648, a varactor diode and an external LC resonant circuit. The output frequency of MC1648 can be changed by selecting appropriate inductance. In addition, MC1648 has internal amplifier circuit and automatic gain control, which can achieve output frequency stability. Emitter follower has isolation function, which can reduce the impact of load on the working state of oscillator. Because of the use of integrated chip, the circuit design is simple and the system reliability is high, and the stability of output frequency can be further improved by using PLL frequency synthesis technology.
