    Does Not Appear to Have Been Used As the One Lug Terminal Looks like It Has Ever Been Soldered. I Measured 768 PF with My Philips 6304 Bridge. I Ran the Cap up to 3100V 3.1KV with my Fluke 410B. The voltage rating is not stated on the cap but similar units I saw on the web are almost all rated at 3 KV or More. The Capacitor is about 2 Inches Long
