ACOM 2000A HF AUTOMATIC LINEAR AMPLIFIER

for sale acom 2000a  automatic linear amp....with a pair of 4cx800  / gu74b   ...this amp is the same as an alpha with 2 3cx800a7 tubes..... however the acom is built more robustly, and will put out 1500 to 2200 watts continuously, depending on band ... this amp will operate from 160 meters up through 30 mhz that means warc bands and others ......50 watts drive gives full output
the amp is fully automatic, it tunes it self for max output when it senses rf from your exciter, or, if you like, you can manually tune it for those trouble spots or for your own liking....
the amp is a rock crusher, if you ever wanted one, here it is at a reasonable price ....
the amp is operating right now with max output ,has never overheated nor does its internal components show any signes of over heating...this is a one owner amp ....ME .... so i stand by this amp 100%....and guarantee it will work when you get it, providing the shipping carrier handles it properly
