Description

The core chip uses the ADF4351 with reference to the official principle to optimize the layout and extremely high power flatness over the entire operating band of the module.

1. Output frequency range: ADF4351: 35M-4400M (4.4G)
4, the output signal: 2200M-4400M fundamental wave (sine wave) 35M-2200M fundamental frequency division (square wave)
5, the output signal interface: SMA female
6, the default +-50ppm 25M imported active crystal. Provide PDF format circuit diagram and STM32 test program.
7, control mode: three-wire SPI. Lead control pin and lock status pin. All functions can be realized, including point frequency, frequency sweep and frequency hopping, stepping can be 1K, low frequency stepping can be up to 0.1K, according to crystal Frequency to decide.
Third, matters needing attention
1, can be powered by 3.3v pin, the power supply can provide current is not less than 500mA.
2. The typical power supply is 5v.
