The ADL5602 is a wideband 20 dB linear amplifier that operates at up to 4 GHz. Can be used in a variety of cellular, cable, military and instrumentation equipment.
The ADL5602 provides dynamic range by internally matching the IF gain block. This performance is achieved over the entire 4 GHz frequency range by providing both low noise figure and high OIP3 characteristics.
The ADL5602 has a gain of 20 dB and the gain does not vary with frequency, temperature, power supply, or device. The ADL5602 is internally matched to 50 Ω at the input and output and can be easily used in a variety of different applications. Simply configure the input/output ac coupling capacitors, power supply decoupling capacitors, and an external inductor to operate.
