    Description:
    The ADS1118 is a precision, low-power, 16-bit delta-sigma analog-to-digital converter (ADC), Provides all the functions needed to measure the most common signals of sensors in the ultra-small VSSOP-10 package. ADS1118 integrates a programmable gain amplifier (PGA), voltage reference, oscillator and high-precision temperature sensor. These functions and the wide power supply voltage range of 2V to 5.5V make the ADS1118 very suitable for power-constrained and space-constrained sensor measurement applications.
    The data conversion rate of ADS1118 is up to 860 samples per second (SPS). The input range of PGA is ±256mV to ±6.144V, which can measure large and small signals with high resolution. The device measures dual differential inputs or four single-ended inputs through an input multiplexer (MUX). The high-precision temperature sensor is used for system temperature monitoring or cold junction compensation for thermocouples.
