Ameritron AL-1500 Eimac 8877

Description

You are bidding on an Ameritron AL-1500 HF Linear Amplifier.  The current retail price of this amplifier with an Eimac tube is 99.  I am the original owner of this item.  It was purchased 10/11/17 from DX Engineering.  Looks it was assembled on or about 1/19/17.  The Eimac 8877 has a manufacture date code of 1650 which translates to mid December 2016.  This amplifier has the optional grid protection board installed.  The amplifier was used primarily on 160M with an output power of 1500w give or take.  This is not my primary amplifier so it was used in rotation with three other amps in the same power class.  I would estimate it has maybe 300 hours of filament on time.  The 10 Meter mod has been performed as you can see in the photos.The amplifier will ship in the original shipping boxes, one for the chassis, one for the transformer and one for the tube. The amplifier comes with the original manual and other paperwork that was shipped with the amp.  Will deliver within 75 miles of zip 20155 to avoid shipping charges.
