Ameritron AL-811H Linear Amplifier With 10-12 Meter Mod Tested & Working!

Description

This is a clean and working Ameritron AL-811H amplifier.  It has the 10-12meter modification.  Tubes are Excellent and strong. Wired for 120vac.  Amp was in use and is in perfect working condition.
The story on this is that the previous owner (my father) was a longtime ham radio operator (a radio pro by trade as well) and he passed away due to cancer a few years back. It was in use by him and is in perfect working order (it was his pride and joy) and in order to keep it that way (according to my late father) he told us NEVER to ship this as it has Tubes inside that could very easily break.
That being said - this is ONLY available for Local Pickup since I don't think it can be safely shipped without having the tubes removed and shipped separately and that's quite frankly not something I know how to safely do.
I'm located in the DC METRO Area - Specifically: Alexandria, VA.
