1、 Product application:
A) Broadband amplifier
Some wideband amplifiers do not have a direct capacitor inside, and the output needs power supply and a biasing device.
Some amplifiers have built-in capacitors, so no additional biasing is required.
B) Fiber optic communication, laser drive
The driving current required by the laser diode is injected through the DC end of the biasing device;
The communication data is injected through RF.
2、 Product principle:
The performance of wideband amplifier feeding circuit decreases sharply due to the influence of parasitic capacitance parameters at high frequency, so biastee is needed for feeding.
Biastee consists of ultra wideband, near idealized, high frequency inductors and capacitors without resonance points.
DC isolation capacitor: DC isolation to prevent DC voltage leakage to subsequent circuits or test instruments;
High frequency inductance: isolate AC information and prevent high frequency signal from leaking to power supply system.
