DC5V isolated 16-way relay control module/expansion module/high/low level
The isolated 16-way relay control module can be triggered by high-level or low-level signals. It only needs 5mA to drive the relay with a control capacity of 10A. The module uses genuine high-quality power relays and high-quality small package optocouplers. High-power and high-voltage triode, red and blue signal indicators, military-grade double-sided PCB board, comprehensive board layout, stable performance, can be widely used in various power control occasions.
A module description
1. Increase the power supply anti-reverse connection function, the wrong power supply will not damage the module; fault-tolerant design, the control line is broken, the relay will not act;
2. The module adopts genuine high-quality relays, and the rated load of the normally open interface: AC 250V/10A, DC 30V/10A;
3. Using small two-way isolated optocoupler, strong anti-interference ability, stable performance; trigger current only needs 5mA;
4. Module working voltage is available in 5V; there are 4, 8, 12, and 16 modules for selection;
5. The user can select the control level of the relay, which can be high-level pull-in or low-level pull-in; the module has a built-in current-limiting resistor, which can be directly controlled by the positive and negative electrodes of the power supply, or the I /O port control;

7. The interface design is humanized, all interfaces can be directly connected through the terminal block, which is very convenient

Two module interface
Module control terminal: 19-wire interface, all interfaces have wiring terminals, which is convenient for users to wire
1. DC+: External DC power supply positive pole (5V modules )
2. DC-: External DC power supply negative
3. XM: common terminal of photoelectric isolation chip
If high level control is adopted: this signal should be connected to the negative pole of the power supply of the user control board
If low level control is used: this signal should be connected to the positive pole of the user control board power supply
4. X1-X16: Relay control interface,
If XM is connected to the negative pole of the power supply: when this port is high (relative to XM), the corresponding relay is closed
If XM is connected to the positive pole of the power supply: when this port is low (relative to XM), the corresponding relay is closed
Note: The isolated relay module is to adapt to the severe electromagnetic environment or high signal requirements. If you want to achieve a complete isolation effect, the power supply of the user control panel (that is, the reference power supply connected to XM) and the power supply of the relay module (DC+/DC-) should be distinguished.
Relay output terminal: 48-wire interface, all interfaces have wiring terminals, which is convenient for users to connect
1. NO1--NO16: The relay is normally open interface, the relay is suspended before being closed, and shorted to COM after being closed
2. COM1--COM16: relay common interface
3. NC1--NC16: Normally closed interface of the relay. Before the relay is closed, it is short-connected with COM, and it is suspended after being closed.
