Dentron GLA-1000 10m to 80m completely renewed linear amplifier

Description

Dentron GLA-1000, 10m to 80m, completely renewed linear amplifier.
It has 10 meters band installed.
Average Power output measured see in photos. Maximum average Power out is 480 watt on 20 meters band. Peak Power should be 10-20% higher.
High voltage capacitors are replaced with NOS capacitors. Low voltage electrolytic capacitor is new from Digikey.
All tubes are replaced with best NOS tubes, chosen from stock of about 10.
Power cable is replaced with new 14 awg 20 amp cable.
Blower is oiled and cleaned up. It is quiet.
All insides are completely cleaned.
Outside metal box paint is renewed in original black.
Dentron amplifiers are well known and have good reputation.
This medium power amplifier is very well designed and built. Easy access to all parts. Good quality design and parts.
Easy to maintain and modify if desired.
Tubes are available on ebay for about -30.
This amplifier will serve for years and years to come.
The amplifier will be double packed.
Printed manual will be included in the package.
