    Description

    This is a rather hard to find original Ensign JA brass carburetor for an International Harvester McCormick Deering Farmall Regular or 10-20 tractor, or P-20 power unit. It is fresh from an old collectors estate where it lived on a shelf in the shop for many years. It is the early style with the manual primer button on it and mounts with two holes 2 5/8 inches apart on center. The intake hole is 1 3/4 inches in diameter and the hole where it mounts is 1 3/8 inches in diameter. Everything moves as it should. The throttle shaft has some very mild wear and could easily be bushed you so choose.  Everything that is supposed to move does so as it should. With only some minor effort I think this carburetor would be ready to be used on a tractor or put on your shelf for your next project . These original early style two-bolt brass carburetors are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets so if you’ve been looking for one for an authentic restoration here’s a very nice one.
