Ham Radio Tower, 39 FT, with Glen Martin Hazer and Thrust Bearing

Item for Sale:
This is an Amerite brand, Special Communication Tower manufactured by the American Tower Company. It consists of (3) 10' sections (S-5) and (1) 9' top section (S-7). These are (6) step sections with rungs spaced 19.5" apart. See attached documents.
There is a Glen Martin Hazer at the top of the tower with a thrust bearing. An antenna can be mounted on the Hazer and can be raised or lowered. A rotor can be installed on the lower platform of the hazer. There is no rotor or mast included with this item. The rotor and control box (CDE) will be sold on another auction. The Hazer does not appear to have the roller wheels.
There is a pulley attached to the top of the tower with a steel cord going around the pulley and it is used to pull the hazer up and down the tower. There's also (2) runs of nylon cord wrapped up in (2) bundles.
This tower was taken down so it could be relocated to another area on the SK's property to accommodate an addition on his home. The tower is in very good shape but it does have one issue.  At the bottom of the tower, one of the legs has a slight bend at the end.  I am told by his wife that happened when it was taken down. It can easily be straightened though.
He had purchased a Cushcraft, R8. The R8 is still new in the box and will be sold on another auction. I'm not sure if he had intended to install the R8 on the tower.
Background:
I am selling this item for a widow of a silent key and friend who recently passed away in June of 2021. He was an Electrical Engineer for a company that manufactured Broadcast Television VHF & UHF Transmitters where I worked with him for many years.
Given the size and weight of this item and to prevent damage during shipping, we are selling it for
LOCAL PICKUP ONLY
. The buyer will be responsible for disassembling the tower and transporting it. It should not be that difficult given that it is laying on the ground. Both tower and hazer are to be sold together.
I've included the datasheets for both the 10' sections and 9' top section.
