International IH IHC Horn Button

International IH IHC Horn Button. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
IH grey horn button in used condition.  No visible damage, paint is wearing off and there is glue residue in the middle ring.  All the mounting tabs are in good condition, no breaks or damage.  Not sure which years this fits, was found on a work bench at a closed wrecking yard.  It is up to the buyer to determine fit and application.  I have tried to describe it to the best of my abilities.
