    This capacitor is from a Kenwood TL-922A that is being parted-out after it met with tragedy while being shipped by UPS.  This capacitor has been tested at low-voltage and is within spec.  It is being sold as-is, with no warranty or guarantee.  Due to the potential for unscrupulous behavior, no exchanges or refunds.  Sorry to be so negative, but I've learned one has to be up-front about such things in order to survive.
