Description
New Old stock THERM-O-DISK Fan ON Switch @ 100F and resets automatically when the unit cools down to about 80 degrees.I spec'd this out with my Fluke so the reset temperature may be off a little. At an event where I was selling these someone told me the F100 labeling means it is a Fan Switch and cuts on at 100F. That seems to be right on the money.
These are made to seat against a half inch pipe but could be adapted for about any use. Mount in electronic amps or other equipment to turn on a fam when needed to prevent over-heating. These are heavy duty, well-made and use thermostatic material to do the bidding. THERM-O-DISC has been the standard for ages.
Email any questions or let me know if you come up with some good uses for these. I have several and have enjoyed experimenting with these myself. Check my other listings also for other bimetal thermostat material, parts, swiss tweezers and more. Thanks. WP4DMV...73.
