The hmc536ms8g (E) is a DC to 6 GHz GaAs MMIC T / R switch in an 8-pin msop8g surface mount package with a bare ground pad. The switch is ideal for cellular / PCS / 3G base station applications with a low insertion loss of 0.5 dB and an input IP3 of + 55 DBM. The switch provides excellent power processing performance at 6 GHz with a p 0.1dB compression point of + 29 DBM (+ 3V control voltage). The on-chip circuit can achieve 0 / + 3 V or 0 / + 5 V positive voltage control at very low DC current.
