    Description

    PRODUCT OVERVIEW
This is an low noise RF amplifier that provides excellent gain and noise figure. The gain at 100 MHz is 30 dB while the noise figure is 2.2 dB. The LNA can be used in a number of different applications such as Ham Radio, TV reception, etc. The product is ideally suited as a pre-amplifier and the USB power supply means you can power it off your laptop.
The device can also be powered with the built-in Bias Tee. For this, the 10 uH inductor (not included) needs to be installed. As well when using the Bias Tee, +5V needs to be applied on the RF output line to power the device.
Please note the following precaution if the Bias Tee is installed. When powering the device using either the DC header or the USB connector, +5 VDC will appear on the RF output. If your receiver does not have a DC blocking capacitor on its input or some other form of DC voltage protection, this voltage can damage your receiver.
