Motorola SHW5177 (38H16) 12V 850~1000MHz UHF RF Power Amp Amplifier Module PA

Here you are looking at a piece of obsolete part,
SHW5177
,
UHF RF power amplifier hybrid LDMOS module from Motorola with marking on top as "38H16" which ship in original packaging tube. Price is for one (1)  piece only.
I can't locate the datasheet but opening the case shows this is a
3-stage amp
module.
It works from
850 ~ 1000MHz
with 10W full output (hink sink please !) at  about 5mW input (ie. about 33 dB gain) while its power drops to 5W output with 9V power supply. Would be
useful and a handy part for 915MHz ISM application and 903MHz (33-cm) ham band
as well.
Note the pin layout from left to right below as shown on the picture:
Pin 1 - Rf input / Pin 2 - SV1 (Bias) / Pin 3 - SV2 (Bias Adj) / Pin 4 - Vdd  / Pin 5 - Rf output / Case - GND
.  Pin 2 and 4 can be connected to +12V Supply and Pin 3 voltage adjusted through a centre tap on 10K potentiometer connected to +12V supply and GND. Callsign ZL2BKC has a power amp project based on this module so kindly check it out yourself.
