Digital Programmable Attenuator Series(PE4304)
First, product application:
The PE4304 is a high linearity, 6-bit digital RF step attenuator with "DSA" attenuation range from 0.5 dB steps to 31.5 dB. Frequency range from DC - 2000MHz to achieve attenuation. This 75-ohm RF DSA provides parallel and serial CMOS control interfaces operating on a single 3-volt power supply, and maintains high attenuation accuracy at frequencies and temperatures. It also has a unique control interface that allows the user to select the initial attenuation state at power up. With a shielded shell and reverse polarity protection diode.

1, the supply voltage: 5V DC (5mA typical current)
2, program-controlled gain attenuation range: 0 to 31.5DB step 0.5DB input and output impedance: 75 ohms
3, the module supports parallel and serial port mode and boot state selection function
Bandwidth: 1MHz to 2GHz (attenuation values are different at different frequencies. For details, please refer to S21 curve)
