Description

PCB to create a low-pass filter for a power of 1500 watts (1.5 kW) HF + 50 MHz (6 meters) amateur band LDMOS amplifier.
LPF consists of 6 Chebyshev filters with relay switching (6 m, 10-15 m, 17-20 m, 30-40 m, 75-80 m, 160 m). In addition, the board carries a SWR meter, whose signals you can use to protect your amplifier. All the necessary details are shown in the diagram.
The size of the printed circuit board is 180x140 mm. The material used is FR-4, a thickness of 2 mm. The copper thickness is twice as large (2 OZ) as for common PCBs (1 OZ). This is done to pass high power.
