Silver Eagle 200 Linear Amplifier
I’m selling this Linear as is with no returns. For parts not working. This amplifier will not be D.O.A it had a major overhaul with all Teflon 18ga wires and Teflon 16ga wires to on/off switch and a power wire upgrade OFC 10ga. It’s a little overkill but I didn’t have any 12ga wires for it only 8 and 10ga already got a order in for 12ga. And I removed the 2w 100ohm fly back resistor and replaced it with 3w and changed out the input and output capacitor with new ones and a few more silver dipped mica's with new ones also added new labels on the back for the coax. It was tested with a radio doing 1w dead key swinging 20w on a 13.8V regulated power supply my other variable supply craped out so this is all have for now, with a MFJ 1.5KW dummy load. As in the picture it’s doing just over 150w on high. It would putout the 200 and some change @ 14.8V however we gotta do with we got to use. I’ve posted a picture of the amp how I got it with out a lid as is with a before and after picture. View all the pictures it’s tuned and the reflect is barely moving.
