In this auction we offer:
I offer you an input amplifier module for receiving systems with high resistance to intermodulation.
It was made for military equipment by the Telefunken company.
The amplifier is based on a U310 FET transistor.
It is a special version of the transistor (in a metal housing) with a total power of 0.5W, designed for highly dynamic amplifiers.
The manufacturer guaranteed dynamics better than 100dB.
The gain for 100MHz is 16dB and the average noise level is 1.5dB.
The frequency for which the amplifier is made is from about 85MHz to about 115MHz.
Amplifier center frequency approx. 100MHz.
The broadcast band is within the band of the offered amplifier.
The amplifier has tuned coils at the input and output (the output is a PI filter) so it can be easily tuned to other similar frequencies, or after replacing the coils with virtually any frequency.
The board on which the amplifier is made has dimensions of 38x40 mm.
It is made in a through-hole technique.
It is easy to modify.
Power supply of the amplifier -12V.
The amplification of the amplifier in the current system is about 6dB, it can be changed by selecting the parameters of the elements.
