I got this in a storage auction. Don't know much about ham radio stuff but I hooked it up to a benchtop power converter and it powered up with all buttons lighting up when pushed. I took pictures of the inside so you can get a better look. It appears a small resister looks like it is burnt. As far as cosmetics the power button cap is missing and a different gauge lens was glued on and a couple screw holes for a mounting bracket are on the top of the housing.  Selling for a great deal for parts / repair to someone who specializes in CB equipment!
