I bought this at an estate auction along with many ham radio's, CB's and accessories, which I'll be listing over the next several weeks. I am not sure how I can test this, so no testing has been done. It appears clean and in good condition. I did not take apart to inspect the inside. Because no testing was done, I'm listing as parts or not working, but it may be in fine working condition. I can try to do any tests if they can be done with a multimeter or connected to a power supply but I would need instructional help. Comes with bracket. There are 9 pictures to look through. Selling as is. Thanks!
