    Description

    Here is a yig tuned GaAs Oscillator made by Watkins Johnson, P/N WJ 5008-80, removed from Satellite test equipment. This unit is marked 10-15 GHz but I swept it and found it makes good power from 9.6-15.2 GHz, plotted this from my HP 8566B spectrum Analyzer, did not compensate for the 3 dB or so of cable loss so power is actually higher than shown. Comes with plot on which I have marked connectons and voltage. Runs on -11.0 V DC.  Unlike many other YTO's on eBay, I test each one!!  Have fun.
