    Description

    Here is a yig tuned GaAs Oscillator made by Avantek, P/N ASF-9909, removed from ECM/EW test equipment. This unit is marked 2-4.2 GHz but I swept it and found it makes good power from 1.8-4.4 GHz, >10 dBm, plotted this from my HP 8566B spectrum Analyzer, did not compensate for the 3 dB or so of cable loss so power is actually higher than shown. Comes with plot on which I have marked connectons and voltage. Runs on +15 & -5 V DC.  Unlike many other YTO's on eBay, I test each one!!  Have fun.
